front took my the longest to do seen as it was the most detailed... the smoke was done last as i wasnt sure how i wanted to be done... but i stuck with my orginal idea of swirls... thanks mr.snowman

Have problems with shading eh? Where is your light source? You have shine in the eye, which means two things, Thiers either a light source to the top right of him, or a light source to the front of him, And your shading shows niether.

Seriously, help yourself and go look at some tutorials for color and shading. Try to produce more works like your castle crasher - and learn something new every tiem

Well, there are still problems though. I think the torso is a bit small, compared to the rest of the body, Along with the head being abit small, But the biggest problem I have is with all of the shading. The shading is at most random, I see no definite light source. Definitely something that needs to be improved next time.
